How I work

Listen & Discover

Real change is iterative, not one-size-fits all. My work with your organization starts with deep listening to:

Fully understand your mission

Idenitify your strengths and contstaints

Map out your resources, &

Find an iterative path forward that focuses on acheivable, sustainable change that outlasts my engagement.

Build and Co-create

Organizations that own change set themselves up for success. My approach:

Grows your resources capabilities

Engages your community in change

Builds explicit foundations for sustainability, &

Ensures that your organization learns how to own its transformation.

Guide to Thrive

My job is done when you feel you can own your sustainability. Your organization will:

Have the tools to thrive, and the training to know how to use them

Understand the elements of a postive, growth oriented workplace culture, &

Move beyond our engagement with confidence.
